When We Were Small

I loved the Sarah Garland books when my son was a toddler. Her lovely illustrations captured the day to day chaos that is every young mother's life! Her books covered the situations we found ourselves in-going shopping, going to preschool, doing the washing.

I wanted to collect all of her books in this series when my daughter was born in 2004 but discovered that they were no longer in print. I was very happy to find out that they were re-published by Francis Lincoln  in 2008. I know that you can purchase them through Amazon and I haven't checked at any local bookstores yet.
